Der Entwurf
Auf der Parzelle wurde eine verdichtete Bauweise vorgesehen. Um eine ganztägige Besonnung gewährleisten zu können, wurde eine durchgehende Glasfassade eingesetzt. Die Ästhetik wurde anhand von Betongestaltungselementen erfüllt.
